JOB OPENING NOTICE

POSITION: Software Developer | 40 hours per week

NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 10

LOCATION:  Merit American Technologies Inc. | 2300 Valley View Ln, Suite#390, Irving, TX 75062

JOB DUTIES: Develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialised utility programs using Salesforce to help in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation. Implement and Develop Salesforce based software applications using Salesforce and CRM technologies. Utilize Force.com API, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop CRM and digital marketing automation solutions. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to unanticipated Client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:  Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Business/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with 6 (Six) months of experience in the job offered or as a IT Consultant or Analyst or Developer or Programmer or very closely related area. Employer also accepts Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business/Engineering (Any) or closely related software or IT field plus 5 years of progressive work experience in the related software or Information Technology field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience of Six (6) months with Salesforce is required. Travel And/Or Relocation to unanticipated Client Sites throughout USA is required.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Merit American Technologies Inc Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage Merit American Technologies Inc employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at Merit American Technologies Inc.

ELIGIBILITY

Current employees of Merit American Technologies Inc are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

INCENTIVES OFFERED

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 60 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $800. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

REFERRAL PROCEDURE

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly.  Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.
