POSITION 1: Software Developer, Fulltime job | 40 hours per week | Pay/Salary: $101,192.00 year.

JOB DUTIES: Design custom user interfaces using LWC. Develop responsive and interactive web applications in salesforce using the LWC framework under supervision of senior developers. Designing and Implementation of Data Models: Working with stakeholders and application architects to design data models based on the business requirement which involves creating custom fields, objects, and relationships in the data model. Develop and deploy Mongo DB clusters using MMS Monitoring tool. Use CI/CD pipeline for automated deployment in GitHub. Customize Salesforce functionality by using Apex classes to meet the business logic which includes writing validation rules to automate business flow, workflows, and triggers. Customize APTTUS product based on the business requirements. Working on integrating Salesforce with external 3rd party tools and applications like APIs and databases for various healthcare based applications. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Any)/Science (any)/Pharmacy or closely related field with Twenty four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or very closely related area.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience of 24 months as Software Developer, IT Consultant, Programmer or Software Professional is required. Travel and/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required.

POSITION 2: Software Developer | Fulltime job | 40 hours per week | Pay/Salary: $139,464.00 year.

NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 7

LOCATION:  Merit American Technologies Inc. | 2300 Valley View Ln, Suite#390, Irving, TX 75062

JOB DUTIES: Develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs using Salesforce to help in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation. Implement and Develop Salesforce based software applications using Salesforce and CRM technologies. Utilize Force.com API, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop CRM and digital marketing automation solutions. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:  Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology /Engineering (Any)/ Business or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or very closely related area.
Employer also accepts Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Information Technology /Engineering (Any)/ Business or closely related field plus five years of progressive work experience in related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience of Six (6) months with Salesforce is required. Travel and/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Merit American Technologies Inc Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage Merit American Technologies Inc employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at Merit American Technologies Inc.

ELIGIBILITY

Current employees of Merit American Technologies Inc are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

INCENTIVES OFFERED

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 60 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $800. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

REFERRAL PROCEDURE

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly.  Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.
