Temporary to Hire
More and more employers are using the temp to hire process as a way to evaluate performance and productivity before converting employees to permanent status.
Once we identify individuals who meet your criteria, we assign them to work site for a pre-agreed term. At the end of the term, you may choose (but are not required) to convert the employee to your payroll at no additional charge.
If, at any point, you are not satisfied with the employee, you may request a replacement. In effect, you are able to “audition” staff without a long-term commitment, only converting those who meet your expectations to a permanent status.
Permanent placement provides recruitment and assessment services for employers who desire to have employees on their payroll from the beginning.
We recruit through national and regional media. We also have relationships with area schools, universities, local unemployment offices and workforce alliance programs to obtain qualified candidates.
We offer a 90 day guarantee and, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the employee, we will find a replacement at no additional charge. If we cannot locate a candidate that meets your satisfaction, we will pro-rate your account and refund the balance.
